With each role I’ve taken on, I’ve maximized for learning opportunity.

In practice, that means I’ve gotten to work for 8 person startups and multi-billion dollar organizations, doing everything from product management to marketing to coding.

Sr. Product Manager | Vidyard | Jan. 2021 - Nov. 2023

After my two co-op terms at Vidyard, I was very excited to come back full-time, and with the insights I had gained about our users and product, I was able to colaborate with my team to generate some awesome outcomes.
  • Led creation of Vidyard’s first new product in ten years, Vidyard Rooms, from discovery to monetization, exceeding targets in revenue, retention and usage.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional leaders to pave the way to releasing a new, independent product for the first time in a decade, mitigating risks and ensuring the product would be supported by action from all departments
  • Boosted retention of all Vidyard users by over 10% by running A/B tests on pivotal user flows, including a streamlined sharing experience, and driving internal virality early in the user’s onboarding
  • Increased sales of the Annual Pro plan by 140% by identifying and executing inefficiencies in the checkout flow
  • Conducted 250+ user interviews to develop and socialize a deeper understanding of our users’ motivations across the R&D organization

Product Manager | LCBO next | May 2020 - Aug. 2020

The LCBO is one of the world’s largest purchasers and retailers of alcohol. As a member of the team at their Skunkworks lab, LCBO|next, I got to lead the development of 3 very cool products:
  • A B2B, compliance-focused SaaS now being sold for 5 figures of revenue, to a multinational movie theatre franchise
  • LCBO On-Demand Delivery, in collaboration with the team at Skip the Dishes
  • A consumer web app, designed to reduce wait times at stores during the COVID-19 pandemic

Associate Product Manager | Vidyard | Jan. 2020 - Apr. 2020

Vidyard has been one of Canada’s 50 fastest growing companies 3 years in a row. I contributed to the Pro product, a self-serve solution key to the company’s Product-Led Growth strategy. While there, I led research on a few features, including:

  • Replies - an easy way for video-recipients to keep the conversation going
  • Onboarding- helping new users to fall in love with the Pro product
  • Cancellation Survey - figuring out why we weren’t for everyone

Technical Marketing Manager | Boss Insights | May 2019 - Aug. 2019

Boss Insights is a Toronto Fintech startup automating the process of diligence on loan candidates. I joined them in a roll-up-the-sleeves type of role, with the north star of accelerating their approach to market. To do so, I:

  • Researched target users to build a product roadmap for the Smart Matching system
  • Increased website traffic by 47% and Crunchbase rank by 40,000
  • Advised the founders on go-to-market and product strategy
  • Earned press coverage in national outlets including CBC

Business Development Representative | Vidyard | Sept. 2018 - Dec. 2018

  • Influenced $900,000 of Sales Qualified Pipeline by researching and approaching prospects
  • Surpassed monthly research and business development targets
  • Took charge of the beginning of the sales cycle, constantly revising processes in order to boost efficiency

Policy Analyst | Ontario Ministry of Economic Development & Growth | Jan. 2018 - Apr. 2018

  • Performed competitive analysis of the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs and the innovation strategies of competing jurisdictions
  • Evaluated applications from startup accelerators for a $3 million entrepreneurship grant
  • Composed briefs on research and provincial developments for provincial Ministers and Members of Provincial Parliament
